Our Story
Our family-owned business is located in the heart of San Jose, just south of The Pruneyard in Campbell. We’re excited to be part of the community with our freshly baked croissants, specialty desserts, macarons, sandwiches, and local coffee.
At Jane Ellen Bakery, we choose to partner locally and use top quality ingredients from our local coffee partner Verve Coffee Roasters in Santa Cruz to our French ham and butter.
