We make French inspired cakes using the finest ingredients available. We do have some cakes available at the bakery. Please Call us in advance to place an order if you are looking for a specific cake. 2-3 days notice and payment is required at time of ordering.

Fresh strawberries, layers of white sponge and cream. Garnished with a ring of sliced strawberries
Lemon Meringue Tart (9.5“ Tart)
Buttery tart filled with lemon curd and topped with torched meringue

Carrot cake with walnuts and vanilla cream cheese mousse and praline sugar crunch
Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse Cake (8” Cake)
Chocolate sponge cake, hazelnut & chocolate mousse, garnished with chocolate hazelnut discs
Chocolate Indulgent Cake (8” Cake)
Alternating thin layers of chocolate cake and raspberry jam topped with chocolate ganache, shavings and mirror glaze
Tiramisu Cake (8” Cake)

Layers of coffee rum soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone mousse, chocolate shavings. Topped with cocoa powder.
Chocolate Mousse Cake (8” Cake)
Chocolate cake, dark chocolate mousse, chocolate shavings and candied chopped almonds
Black Forest Cake (8” Cake)
Chocolate sponge layers soaked in kirsch syrup, layers of sweet whipped cream and candied cherries. Garnished with chocolate paillettes, shavings and candied cherries.
Cappuccino Chocolate Cake (8” Cake)
Cappuccino cream, chocolate mousse, chocolate almond cake, mirror glaze.
Raspberry Pistachio Creme Brulee (8” Cake)
Raspberry cream, pistachio creme brûlée, raspberry jam, hazelnut and white sponges.
Mixed Berry Cream Cake (8” Cake)
Mixed berry mousse wrapped in layers of raspberry jam and white sponge cake. Garnished with a variety of fresh berries.
1/4 Sheet Cake serves 16-24 or 1/2 Sheet Cake serves 32-48 (Available in Chocolate Mousse, Tiramisu or Strawberry Chantilly). 4 day lead time.
